Vivek Umrao Glendenning

is a publisher, editor, journalist, author, scholar, social-policy critic and social entrepreneur. He did a graduation in mechanical engineering and an international research on decentralised energy systems.
He is a permanent resident of Australia. He was born in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh and his native-forefathers were from Rajasthan. He has been exploring social economy, participatory local governance, education, citizen media, values of democracy, freedom of expression, accountability of governments, indigenous issues, conflict resolution by constructive methods in violent areas and other social issues for around two decades on ground for the forgotten & non-privileged masses. 

He is the founder or the co-founder or the idea-initiator of the:
